About This Position

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – 37.5 Hours/Week | $19.00–$25.00/hr | Worcester, MA (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

The Knollwood Nursing Center at The Briarwood Community is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Nursing Team. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week, $19.00–$25.00/hour) is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong patient care and communication skills who is looking to grow in long-term care and rehabilitation. Typical schedule is 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, with flexibility based on patient and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation while ensuring safety and comfort

  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to the nursing team

  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided in accordance with facility policies

  • Support a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff

Qualifications
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred
