Superintendent Lead Field Operations and Site Excellence for RCP Construction

You will serve as the primary field leader, driving the safe and efficient execution of high-quality commercial construction projects. This role grants you the autonomy to manage on-site operations and subcontractor coordination for a company that rewards detail-oriented professionals.

• Supervise all on-site employees, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure peak operational performance.

• Execute daily job reports that accurately document project progress and site activity.

• Enforce strict company and site-specific safety protocols to maintain a zero-incident environment.

• Develop weekly look-ahead schedules to provide subcontractors with clear direction and priorities.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to adjust field operations and ensure on-time delivery.

• Implement the project quality control program to maintain RCPs high standards of excellence.

• Proven experience serving as a Superintendent within the commercial construction sector.

• Deep technical knowledge of field operations, complex scheduling, and subcontractor management.

• Mastery in reading and interpreting detailed construction drawings and specifications.

• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills in high-stakes field environments.

• Unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and project excellence.

• Experience identifying workflow efficiencies and recommending process improvements.

• Proficiency in generating RFIs and managing field-related documentation.

• Proven track record of maintaining strong professional relationships with architects and clients.
