JOB TITLE: Regional Supervisor, Houston, TX Region

Position Description:

The Regional Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, quality consistency, and exceptional service across multiple sushi bar locations within the assigned region. This position supports regional leadership by overseeing store-level performance, reinforcing compliance with company standards, and providing direct coaching and training to store managers and teams. The Regional Supervisor acts as a bridge between operations and leadership, ensuring efficient communication, timely issue resolution, and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate for this role will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values relationships and collaboration, and is committed to driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support regional leadership in managing day-to-day operations across assigned sushi bar locations to ensure consistent quality, service excellence, and brand integrity.
  • Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc site visits to assess performance, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards, promptly addressing any areas of noncompliance.
  • Assist in ensuring all locations comply with local and state regulations, food safety and sanitation requirements, and company operating procedures.
  • Monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) and provide feedback to identify inefficiencies or opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Deliver hands-on training, coaching, and operational support to store managers and team members to reinforce company standards, customer service protocols, and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with location managers to uphold company goals, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure consistent execution of operational objectives.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with store partners, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Compile and communicate performance updates, audit findings, and key metrics to the Regional Manager, escalating operational concerns as appropriate.
  • Support the implementation of marketing initiatives, promotional programs, and new product introductions in collaboration with store management.
  • Provide on-site assistance and training during new store openings (NSOs) to ensure successful launches and operational readiness.
  • Maintain accountability for accurate expense reporting, compliance with company policies, and responsible use of company resources.
  • Facilitate clear, timely, and professional communication between store teams and regional leadership to promote alignment and swift issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related industry
  • 3-5 years of experience in a regional supervisor, account management, sales, or related position required
  • Hospitality, retail, or restaurant management experience in a multi-location environment highly preferred
  • Experience in client relations and customer service required
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Data-driven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily to client sites or other locations using company vehicle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel
