In this role, you will help shape the brand and content strategy to engage a community of over 190 million football players and fans. Your key objective will be to develop scalable content systems that boost brand awareness and community strength. You will work closely with a creative team in a fast-paced startup environment, backed by major partners and investors. Your contributions will significantly impact the growth and visibility of the brand within the non-professional football sector across Europe.
Accountabilities- Enhance and develop the brand image through storytelling and design.
- Create a reusable brand system for cross-channel consistency.
- Establish recognizable content series for audience engagement.
- Plan and oversee the release rhythm on key social media channels.
- Produce social media-first content and lead creative direction.
- Collaborate with growth teams to develop effective creative materials.
- Translate performance data into actionable creative insights.
- Develop and implement cooperative concepts with creators and local partners.
- Experience in brand building through continuous content strategies.
- Strong visual taste and comfort in front of the camera.
- Proficiency in creative strategy, positioning, and distribution mindsets.
- Familiarity with key social and paid creative performance metrics.
- Hands-on attitude with quick and pragmatic execution.
- Strong copywriting skills for hooks, captions, and framing.
- Ability to create compelling short-form storytelling.
- Experience in creator briefings and content production direction.
