Accountabilities:

Develop, modify, and maintain software applications to address complex business, clinical, and research requirements
Implement system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and perform software upgrades and testing
Create and maintain custom reports to support operational, regulatory, and research needs
Collaborate with end-users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives
Support both individual and team projects, adhering to deadlines and quality standards

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, or related field with 3+ years of programming experience, OR

Proficiency in programming languages such as Visual Basic, C#, PHP, ASP, or other web-based languages
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL, Oracle) and client/server programming
Familiarity with software development lifecycle, including testing, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with end-users and team members
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Healthcare experience is a plus
