Administrative Assistant - REMOTE
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks across various departments. You will manage contract information and support our branches with essential documentation, all while working remotely. This position requires a proactive mindset to anticipate challenges and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations. Accountabilities- Analyze and control contractual information received.
- File contract documentation and standardize documents.
- Monitor contract validity, values, renewals, and adjustments.
- Assist branches with invoice submissions to the finance department.
- Support reimbursement requests and expense settlements for branches.
- Manage travel arrangements for branches, including tickets and accommodations.
- Control vehicle fleet and monitor mileage for branches.
- Provide documentation support to HR when necessary.
- Assist in delivering documentation requested by internal or external audits.
- Collaborate with the quality department to ensure compliance with standards.
- Help in the preparation of technical reports according to contractual requirements.
- Assist technical teams in stock verification and purchase requisitions.
- Completed High School education.
- Preferred Technical Education in Administration/Accounting or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of Office Suite.
- Familiarity with quality management systems.
- Basic understanding of contract administration.
- Basic experience in HR documentation routines.
- Preferred organizational skills, auditing, and reporting.
