Respiratory Director Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement respiratory therapy programs.
• Train and develop a team of respiratory therapists.
• Collaborate with the nursing department to provide the residents with respiratory therapies tailored to their needs.
• Monitor and evaluate the efficacy and progress of respiratory therapy interventions and make recommendations.

Respiratory Director Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
• Current, valid Registered Respirator Therapist (RTT) license in the state of Illinois
• Trach and ventilator experience
• 3 or more years of experience in a respiratory role in skilled nursing
• Respiratory director experience, preferred.
