Responsibilities
The Lead Engineering Mechanic-DL provides effective and efficient services to the hospital and ancillary departments, coordinating the on-the- job training to new and existing staff, providing instruction and/or guidance for work, and recommending problem resolution and timely feedback to the manager about problematic situations. The Lead Engineering Mechanic-DL disseminates preventive maintenance assignments and helps with coverage of shift and scheduling across all engineering department specializations.
**This role requires driving Norton Healthcare vehicles, which could include transporting patients and visitors. You must have a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record**

Required:
- Three years installation and maintenance of industrial electrical equipment and/or HVAC/mechanical equipment
- Driver's License

- Associate Degree
