We are seeking a Full-Time Recruiter (with 2+ years of recruiting experience) who is driven, personable, and excited to help grow our organization. The ideal candidate will have proven success in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of role-specific requirements. This recruiter will support hiring managers, senior leadership, and HR, while also presenting weekly metrics and insights.
This role requires a strategic thinker and self starter who can effectively manage relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and ensuring we attract top talent to meet our organizational needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner effectively with hiring managers and Human Resources.
Collaborate with the team to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Assess talent efficiently and accurately.
Support a smooth hiring process from recruitment through onboarding.
Assist in developing full-cycle hiring strategies and interview criteria.
Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and conduct pre-screen interviews.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and maintain a proactive talent pipeline.
Track and present key recruiting metrics weekly to HR.
Manage multiple open roles and meet hiring timelines.
Maintain accurate records in the ATS.
Communicate new hire updates and request system access to ensure Day 1 readiness.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus but not required.
Skills:
2+ years of experience in a recruiting function.
Charismatic and personable, able to build rapport with candidates and managers.
Competitive, goal-driven mindset.
Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Creative with sourcing strategies and problem-solving.
Comfortable improving processes in a small, growing company.
Pay: $18–$25 per hour
Work Location: Remote (US-Based)
