Position Overview:
As the Front Desk PM Supervisor, you will oversee evening front desk operations while ensuring an outstanding guest experience from arrival through departure. You will mentor and support front desk agents, collaborate with other departments to resolve guest concerns efficiently, and assist the Front Desk Manager in maintaining high service standards and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest service inquiries.
- Train, coach, and support front desk agents in policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Promote a culture centered on guest satisfaction and team accountability.
- Assist in supporting revenue goals through effective scheduling, budgeting awareness, and yield management support.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
- Two or more years of supervisory experience in hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged standing: Most of the workday will be spent standing at the front desk.
- Light lifting: Occasionally lifting and carrying items like keys, paperwork, or small luggage.
- Hand dexterity: Frequent use of hands to operate computers, handle cash, and write information.
- Mobility: Ability to move around the front desk area to assist guests.
- Visual acuity: Clear vision for reading information on computer screens and guest documents.
