Pay Range: $30.42 per hour
Job Overview: Under the direction of the course facility and reporting to the Associate Dean, the Exam Proctor will proctor a variety of tests, including but not limited to unit and final examinations, standardized exams such as the ATI or similar exams (training is required for certification to administer standardized exams). The Exam Proctor will maintain confidentiality and security of all testing materials. Setting up of the test environment, making supplies needed available for testing, such as calculators, pencils, etc., as well as collecting and returning materials/exams to the source when completed are all essential duties. Additional duties may be required to support a secure and supportive testing environment. The School of Nursing is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Nursing Education and is approved by the New Jersey State Board of Nursing. This position will support our campus in Oceanport, New Jersey.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma is required.
- Immediate knowledge of MS Word & Excel is required.
- An associates degree in any major is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
- Candidates cannot be a student of RWJ School of Nursing or Union County College.
- Per Diem, availability to work a flexible schedule to include weekdays and some Saturday assignments.
