Job duties:
After 90 days, able to work from home on Fridays.
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our plaintiff-side personal injury team. This is a hands-on role supporting complex injury cases from discovery through trial, arbitration, mediation, and settlement.
- Manage discovery, including interrogatories, notices to produce, depositions, and IMEs
- Track trial schedules, coordinate client and expert availability, and manage deadlines
- Retain and support experts, including IMEs, Affidavits of Merit, reports, and invoices
- Handle liens, including Medicare, Medicaid, and healthcare providers; verify payments and secure final liens at settlement
- Draft, serve, and manage discovery responses; handle motions, arbitrations, and mediations
Required:
· Recent Med Mal Paralegal experience
