In this role, you will lead the technical strategy for an innovative health data platform, impacting the healthcare industry across multiple countries. You will guide a highly effective engineering team to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality platform capabilities. Your ability to communicate effectively and align product vision with organizational objectives will be crucial. As an advocate for engineering excellence, you will ensure the successful execution of projects that contribute to better global health outcomes.

Accountabilities

Establish and drive the strategic technical direction of the Health Data Platform Features team.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to communicate tradeoffs and set engineering priorities.
Oversee the engineering teams development work with a focus on quality and operational excellence.
Embed quality gates and defect-prevention practices throughout the SDLC.
Manage day-to-day engineering priorities and establish best practices for consistent delivery.
Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and high performance.

Requirements

7+ years in technical program leadership or engineering management.
5+ years leading high-performing software development or quality engineering teams.
Experience in software engineering, preferably in healthcare IT or high-growth tech.
Strong understanding of modern engineering practices, cloud technologies, and DevOps principles.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with HL7, FHIR, and/or Healthtech is a strong plus.
