- Develop and execute long-term account strategies focused on diversification and sustainable growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behaviors to refine strategic plans.
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with client leadership and act as a trusted advocate.
- Identify new business initiatives and cross-solution opportunities to expand client partnerships.
- Manage the sales pipeline end-to-end, including opportunity identification, qualification, forecasting, and closing.
- Oversee contract negotiations, financial performance, and alignment with budgetary constraints.
- Mentor and guide account teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Establish KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for executive stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic account management, business development, or related fields, ideally within the AI or technology sector.
- Proven track record in executive-level client engagement and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for stakeholders.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar accounts, pipelines, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence decision-making at all levels.
