What You’ll Lead

• The daily operations of the service drive
• A team of service advisors focused on performance and customer satisfaction
• Customer flow, service lane efficiency, and appointment management
• Revenue growth and service department performance

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop the Service Advisor team to maximize productivity and service sales
• Ensure smooth daily operations in the service drive
• Drive customer satisfaction while maintaining strong revenue performance
• Coach advisors on upselling maintenance and repair services
• Monitor service metrics, including advisor performance, repair order averages, and customer retention
• Work closely with the Service Manager and Fixed Operations leadership to hit department goals
• Maintain organization, accountability, and efficiency in the service lane

Requirements:

• Automotive dealership experience required, service drive or advisor leadership experience strongly preferred
