• AI Strategy & Design: Serve as a primary contributor to the platform's AI suite, taking ownership of the design and productization of AI-powered solutions from concept to delivery.

• LLM Integration: Act as an expert sounding board for technical approaches regarding Large Language Models (LLMs), ensuring techniques are successfully integrated into high-scale production applications.

• Product Collaboration: Partner closely with product management teams to identify business challenges and architect compelling AI features that drive client efficiency.

• Research & Implementation: Continuously explore and implement innovative approaches using frontier models, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

• System Maintenance: Ensure the reliability and performance of AI services by monitoring deployed models and optimizing the underlying data infrastructure.

• Professional AI Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience specifically building and maintaining production applications with LLMs and frontier AI technologies.

• Technical Expertise: 6–8+ years of professional experience with Python, including a deep understanding of NoSQL database design, RDBMS optimization, and REST API development.

• AI Orchestration: Demonstrated experience using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex in a professional, at-scale setting.

• Scale & Delivery: A proven track record of shipping and maintaining production services at scale, with the ability to define solutions in ambiguous or open-ended problem spaces.

• Academic/Theoretical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with NLP, RAG architectures, and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Keras, or TensorFlow).

• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent ability to serve as a technical expert for cross-functional teams, translating complex AI capabilities into clear product advantages.

• Competitive Salary: Annual base salary range of $180,000 - $200,000, with adjustments based on location and specific experience.
