  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to align on strategy and execution
  • Define and influence product strategy by identifying key user needs and opportunities for innovation
  • Conduct and apply user research to inform design decisions and improve user experience
  • Mentor and support other designers, fostering a culture of feedback, collaboration, and continuous improvement

  • Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, including AI, to enhance workflows and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience designing and shipping large-scale digital products across web and mobile platforms
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills, supported by a compelling portfolio
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects and priorities with strong organizational skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools
  • Experience with prototyping, motion design, and interactive storytelling
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and workflows
  • Strong understanding of user behavior, with domain knowledge in media, content platforms, or similar industries considered a plus
  • Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and mentoring others
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $160,000 – $180,000 USD (based on experience and location)
  • Potential for performance-based bonuses and equity participation
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
  • 401(k) plan with company matching
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and parental leave
