- Lead, mentor, and scale a regional account management team, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and continuous development.

- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships across enterprise and mid-market customers.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing sales or account management teams, with a strong leadership track record.
- Proven success driving significant revenue growth (e.g., $50M+ ARR) within existing customer portfolios.
- Experience negotiating and closing large enterprise deals with high contract values.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders.
