Accountabilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a regional account management team, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and continuous development.
  • Drive revenue growth within existing accounts through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
  • Develop and execute long-term account plans to maximize client success and business expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships across enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Identify and mitigate churn risks by proactively monitoring account health and implementing retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to align offerings with customer needs.
  • Oversee forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking to ensure visibility into account progress and opportunities.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and business development efforts to uncover new use cases and revenue streams.
  • Optimize processes and tools (e.g., CRM systems) to enhance team efficiency and client outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing sales or account management teams, with a strong leadership track record.
  • Proven success driving significant revenue growth (e.g., $50M+ ARR) within existing customer portfolios.
  • Experience negotiating and closing large enterprise deals with high contract values.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data-driven performance management and team development.
  • Background in selling value-based software or technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong forecasting, financial planning, and pipeline management capabilities.
  • Nice to have: experience in identity verification, AML, KYC, or related industries.
