FT House Monitor 2nd Shift (3PM - 11PM) at Chemical Abuse Services Agency Inc – Bridgeport, Connecticut

The House Manager will support and manage the activities of the residents while maintaining the security, safety and order of the CASA facility, property and community.

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Public Service License (PSL) required.
• Some familiarity with disease of alcoholism.
• Two years of work experience in a setting that has required adept interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate appreciation and willingness to develop continuing skills towards multicultural competency within a behavioral health setting.
• Willingness to continue personal and professional growth.
• Must have a driver’s license and motor vehicle.
