About This Position
We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant
We’re seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping complex schedules, confidential information, board materials, and high-priority projects running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and presentation materials.
- Support board, governance, and leadership communications.
- Assist with physician scheduling, contracts, compliance, and office operations.
- Partner across departments to keep projects moving forward.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of executive level administrative experience required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other productivity tools.
- A professional who values confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Healthcare experience is preferred, and an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
