This role provides the opportunity to lead the full lifecycle of innovative lab execution products, from concept to commercialization. The Senior Product Manager will define strategic roadmaps, prioritize feature development, and ensure products deliver maximum value to end users. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will align product strategy with market needs, operational constraints, and business goals. This position requires a strong combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making, customer insights, and stakeholder alignment. You will influence product vision, drive adoption, and enhance customer satisfaction across lab operations. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and centered on delivering measurable impact in the life sciences and diagnostics space.
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for lab execution and related products
- Define detailed product requirements based on operational needs and market insights
- Manage product performance, provide support across departments, and respond to customer feedback
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer interviews to inform product strategy
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning, launches, pricing, and marketing collateral
- Track product performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements
- Communicate product vision, progress, and priorities to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in life sciences, physical sciences, statistics, engineering, or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including 4–5 years in product management, solution marketing, product commercialization, or strategic consulting
- Experience in lab execution, LIMS, medical devices, diagnostics, or prenatal products preferred
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong organizational and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to inform decisions and improve product outcomes
- Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback integration
