As the Manager of Enterprise & Strategic Marketing, you will spearhead the strategy and execution of high-impact initiatives designed to drive pipeline growth within the most complex revenue segments. Operating at the intersection of sales and marketing, you will lead a dedicated team to engage senior decision-makers at world-leading organizations and NGOs. This remote role offers the opportunity to design integrated, multi-touch programs that blend digital, field, and outbound channels to influence high-value deals and accelerate revenue. You will work in a fast-paced, innovation-first environment where your operational leadership and strategic thinking will directly contribute to a platform that processes tens of millions of dollars in global donations. This is a pivotal position for a leader who thrives on bringing structure to complex initiatives and building trusted cross-functional partnerships.

Accountabilities:
  • Strategic Growth & Pipeline Ownership: You will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Enterprise and Strategic segments, ensuring all initiatives are perfectly aligned with account priorities and deal cycles to drive progression.

  • Team Leadership & Development: You will oversee and mentor a small team responsible for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and event operations, defining clear objectives and prioritizing work to meet revenue targets.

  • Integrated Program Execution: You will lead the planning of multi-channel initiatives, including executive events, industry conferences, and targeted digital campaigns designed to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: You will manage complex projects requiring seamless coordination between Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and RevOps to ensure a unified go-to-market approach.

  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: You will monitor the effectiveness of all enterprise marketing programs, providing data-driven insights and process recommendations to senior leadership to improve overall operational efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Extensive B2B Experience: A minimum of 7 years in B2B marketing, with significant exposure to enterprise-level sales motions and ideally the nonprofit sector.

  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing marketing professionals and leading multi-channel programs that directly influence revenue.

  • Operational Excellence: The ability to translate high-level strategic goals into actionable operational plans and manage various initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

  • Collaboration & Influence: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of partnering with Sales leadership and executive stakeholders to influence complex decision-making.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze complex market situations and prioritize the initiatives that will deliver the greatest measurable business impact.

  • Technical Savvy: Comfort with modern marketing stacks and the ability to leverage data to uncover optimization opportunities.

Benefits:
  • Competitive Compensation: On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $130,000 - $140,000 plus meaningful stock options.

  • Comprehensive Healthcare: Health, dental, and vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, with generous coverage for dependents and families.

  • Financial Security: 401(k) plan with company match, plus 100% company-paid short-term/long-term disability and life insurance.

  • Flexible Time Off: 20 days of vacation, 5 sick days, 11 company holidays, and a floating holiday.

  • Supportive Remote Culture: Generous home office stipend and an annual professional development stipend for workshops and courses.

  • Family & Community: 12 weeks of paid parental leave for primary caregivers, a charitable giving program, and paid volunteer time off.
