Bakery Mixer - Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM at JSB Industries Inc – Lawrence, Massachusetts

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bakery Mixer to join our production team. This role is responsible for accurately measuring and mixing ingredients to produce high-quality baked goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
• Operate industrial mixing equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure consistency and quality of doughs and batters
• Monitor mixing times, temperatures, and ingredient quality
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with scaling, staging ingredients, and other production tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment preferred
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Basic math skills for measuring and scaling ingredients

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with industrial mixers or food manufacturing equipment
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
