This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will take ownership of the CRM ecosystem for the Americas markets, driving marketing efficiency and effectiveness. Your work will ensure that systems are optimized and aligned with business goals, facilitating seamless execution of marketing strategies. You will enhance workflows, improve data quality, and provide actionable insights that will empower the marketing team. This position plays a crucial role in shaping data-driven marketing initiatives that drive business success and measurable results. As the company grows, your contributions will be vital in building repeatable growth engines across diverse markets.
Accountabilities
  • Own the HubSpot instance and the marketing setup in Salesforce CRM for the Americas.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage tools to improve visibility, efficiency, and performance across the funnel.
  • Proactively troubleshoot system, workflow, tracking, and data issues to eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign operations in HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking.
  • Translate ICPs into audience strategies and lifecycle workflows.
  • Ensure consistent UTM tracking compliance across all Marketing activities.
  • Design and maintain dashboards linking Marketing activity to revenue.
  • Oversee marketing data governance, including data hygiene and deduplication.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing a modern B2B marketing tech stack.
  • Hands-on expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, and related tools.
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution modeling.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into insights.
  • Highly organized project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative with a focus on building trust across teams.
  • Process-oriented with a curiosity for simplifying complexity.
  • Experience in payments and fintech is a plus.
