As the Oracle Tech Director, you will lead the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise-level Oracle solutions across cloud and on-premise environments. This role is central to guiding technology strategy, modernizing software delivery pipelines, and integrating AI-driven capabilities to enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that align with business objectives. By leveraging your expertise in cloud architectures, containerization, and advanced SDLC practices, you will drive the adoption of modern technologies and shape the organization’s digital transformation. - Lead architecture, design, and deployment of Oracle-based solutions across multiple cloud providers, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Oversee containerization and orchestration strategies, utilizing Docker and Kubernetes to enable efficient development and deployment workflows.
- Drive modernization of software development lifecycle processes, integrating Git-based workflows, testing, and security scanning to optimize efficiency.
- Guide AI integration initiatives, including LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI agents to automate and enhance SDLC processes.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate enterprise requirements into actionable technology strategies.
- Establish best practices, governance, and frameworks for technology adoption, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and digital transformation priorities.
- Proven experience as a technical leader in Oracle technology architecture, with strong expertise in cloud environments (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Deep knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Extensive experience managing modern SDLC processes, including Git-based workflows, automated testing, and security integrations.
- Strong theoretical and/or practical understanding of AI technologies and their application to software development and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English (B2/Upper-Intermediate or higher) and comfortable operating in remote or distributed team environments.
- Preferred: Experience leading enterprise technology initiatives, AI integration in SDLC, and complex cloud architecture projects.
