Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations
• Hire, train, and develop team members
• Create staff schedules and manage labor costs
• Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve concerns
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Drive sales, profitability, and cost control

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $75,000 - $90,000

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
