This role offers the opportunity to shape high-impact digital experiences with a strong focus on mobile platforms. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and commercial stakeholders, to define UX strategies and execute end-to-end product design. From service blueprints and journey mapping to prototyping and final delivery, you will drive the design lifecycle while ensuring solutions align with user needs and business objectives. The role emphasizes collaborative problem-solving, strategic thinking, and a user-centered approach, offering a dynamic environment where creativity and innovation thrive. You will also lead workshops, facilitate discovery sessions, and advocate for a seamless, intuitive mobile user experience that drives measurable impact.

• Lead the end-to-end design of mobile products, from research and strategy to high-fidelity prototypes and final delivery.
• Develop service blueprints, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to communicate design decisions and guide development.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to align on digital vision and product goals.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure user needs and business objectives are balanced.
• Advocate for user-centered design practices and ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across mobile platforms.
• Support iterative product development by analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile-focused work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency for global collaboration and presentations.
• Proven ability to ship digital products within cross-functional teams using iterative design processes.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders and explain design rationale clearly.
• Systems thinking with the ability to manage multiple workstreams without compromising quality.
• Strong UX research, strategy, and problem discovery skills.
• Adaptability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
