1. Diagnose and repair customer vehicles and machines as directed by Service Writer or Service Manager. This includes any required methods of testing including operation of the customer vehicle or machine in keeping with manufacturer’s guidelines and requirements.

2. Keep work area clean and neat and assist with cleaning the shop as directed by the Service Manager.

3. Explain technical portion of repair process to customers as needed and requested by Service Writer or Service Manager.

4. Be proficient with manufacturer diagnostic systems including Polaris Digital Wrench, Honda Motorcycle Communication System and BRP Universal Diagnostic Systems.

5. Operate tire changing machine and tools to change tires as directed by Service Writer or Service Manager.

6. Complete mandatory technical training as required by Service Manager.
