Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces

- Change linens, make beds, and ensure rooms are tidy and welcoming

- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and other shared spaces

- Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a healthy environment

- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management

- Assist with laundry duties as needed

- Adhere to company policies and standards for cleanliness and customer service

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred but not required

- Ability to work independently and efficiently

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Good communication skills and a positive attitude

- Flexibility to work the 1:30 pm - 8:30 pm shift and some weekends

- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
