This role sits at the intersection of influencer strategy, creative execution, and hands-on production within a fast-paced, highly collaborative marketing environment. You will help bring influencer campaigns to life for global brands, supporting projects from initial setup through execution and reporting. Working closely with experienced producers and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to campaign success by ensuring smooth coordination, accurate tracking, and high-quality influencer partnerships. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting. You will also gain exposure to influencer casting, content evaluation, and client-facing communications, building a strong foundation in modern digital marketing production. - Support the production of influencer marketing campaigns from kickoff through execution, ensuring projects stay on schedule, on budget, and aligned with objectives
- Maintain and update key project documentation including influencer lists, status reports, timelines, payment schedules, and client-facing hubs
- Coordinate collaborator contracting and payment workflows in partnership with business and legal teams
- Participate in internal and client meetings by preparing agendas, capturing notes, and supporting follow-up actions
- Assist in developing core production materials such as campaign briefs, timelines, activation plans, and content review documents
- Conduct influencer research and support casting efforts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Draft outreach communications and assist in managing influencer and agent relationships during recruitment phases
- Track campaign performance, manage content submissions, and ensure compliance with brand and client requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, social media, or related fields (internship experience considered)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
