About This Position
Job Summary – This position is responsible for rolling fiberglass on tub shells, attaching bases, and reinforcing the corners. It is also accountable for wood shop activities.
Essential Job Functions
- Carry shells to the spray room.
- Use a hand roller to spread fiberglass evenly over the tub shell.
- Place rebar and corner braces on shells.
- Install wood bases on the tub shell.
- Handle bags of filler for resin mix
- Clamp corner tubs.
- Prepare roving boxes for use.
- Unload tubs from the glassing fixtures and carry to scale.
- Cut wood for bases, shipping, and plumbing supplies.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards in the work area.
- Follow safety procedures specific to the work area, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Demonstrate dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules.
Work Environment
- Normal manufacturing environment.
- Protective eye gear required.
- Work performed inside areas that are adequately lighted, ventilated and heated. (Always above 70 degrees F)
- Potential for chemical odor and dust exists.
Physical Demands
· Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
· Ability to grasp, lift, and /or carry.
· Frequent repetitive motions.
· Good finger and hand dexterity to operate hand tools.
· Requires listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
· Extended standing, walking, pending, pulling, and pushing.

Other Eligibility Qualifications:
· Legally eligible to work in the United States.
· Able to work Monday-Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm.
· Reliable transportation.
· Clear a pre-employment background check within the Company's set parameters.
