| Position Summary: | This position will support advanced manufacturing programs for sustainment activities. The position will serve as the lab technician for the machining and additive manufacturing labs, including part post processing such as manual machining, 3, 4 and 5 axis milling, CNC lathe and wire EDM, equipment/lab maintenance, consumable and spare parts procurement, mentoring and leading younger or less skilled technicians, while adhering to lab and equipment guidelines. The successful candidate will understand machining and additive manufacturing techniques and provide guidance on design for manufacturability, equipment and part set up and part processing. The majority of work will support government customers, but some industry partners will be supported as well. |

| Minimum Qualifications: | High school diploma or equivalent |
| Preferred Qualifications: | While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following: A minimum of 12 years of related technical experience is required at the T4 level |
