Palletizer Operator 2nd Shift in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin at SEDA North America

Seda North America is seeking a Palletizer Operator to join our team! The ideal candidate is able to trouble shoot issues on the spot and react quickly to avoid any line down situations. Monday through Friday 3pm -11pm. Pay based on experience! Seda North America is an air conditioned, exceptionally clean facility that designs and produces innovative paper packaging solutions, which include unique insulated coffee cups and food industry containers.

Primary Responsibilities: Maintain and operate automated palletizing equipment. Including automated robotic palletizers, conveyors, labelers, automated stretch wrappers, elevators and Laser guided vehicles (LGV’s). Including future opportunities for professional growth within.

Specific Duties:

• Keeping production and palletizing department running in a safe and productive manor.
• Keep machine supplied with materials which may require the use of pushcarts or pallet jacks.

Qualifications/Physical Demands

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge in 5S, Mathematical Computations, Problem Solving Skills, Metric System and FANUC & Mitsubishi Controllers a plus.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or other certification a plus
• Ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50lb weight unassisted and remain on feet standing and walking for 8-hour shift
