This role sits at the heart of a fast-evolving finance systems ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and performance across critical business platforms.
You will oversee the configuration, optimisation, and reliability of key finance tools such as Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and DataBlend.
A strong focus will be placed on maintaining accurate, secure, and efficient financial data flows across systems.
You will collaborate closely with Finance, Sales Operations, and Data teams to streamline processes and drive automation.
The role blends technical system ownership with a solid understanding of finance operations and controls.
You will contribute directly to improving data integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance across the organisation.

- Manage and maintain finance systems (including Sage Intacct and related platforms), ensuring stability, data accuracy, and compliance across the ecosystem.
- Own and optimise end-to-end integrations between Salesforce and finance systems, with a strong focus on DataBlend configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Act as technical lead for finance tools such as tax, expense, and billing platforms, ensuring seamless performance and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve automation.
- Lead system change management activities including testing, releases, and documentation aligned with governance frameworks.
- Provide user support and training to finance and business stakeholders to ensure effective system adoption.
- Support audit and compliance requirements by ensuring proper system controls, access, and data governance.
- Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend improvements aligned with best practices and business needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in system administration or integration roles, including at least 3 years in finance systems environments.
- Hands-on experience with finance platforms, ideally Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems, with willingness to further develop expertise.
- Strong experience managing system integrations using middleware or ETL tools such as DataBlend or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data structures and integration with financial systems.
- Strong knowledge of core finance processes including billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, expenses, and tax.
- Technical ability to troubleshoot APIs, data flows, and automation workflows across multiple systems.
- Experience working within structured change management and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with Finance and technical teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex system and data challenges.
