This role is a senior-level sourcing leadership position focused on designing and executing enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies that directly impact hiring speed, pipeline quality, and workforce planning outcomes. You will act as a strategic architect of sourcing, building scalable and data-driven pipelines across clinical, technical, and corporate functions. The position requires a proactive mindset, strong analytical capability, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity while creating structure in fast-changing environments. You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring leaders, and business stakeholders to shape market insights and improve talent acquisition effectiveness. - Design and execute scalable, data-driven sourcing strategies across clinical, technical, and corporate hiring needs.
- Partner with recruiters and business leaders to forecast hiring demand and provide insights on market conditions, talent availability, and time-to-fill expectations.
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-priority roles across multiple functions.
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with universities, professional associations, and external talent networks to strengthen long-term sourcing channels.
- Lead talent mapping initiatives aligned with future workforce planning and organizational growth priorities.
- Own sourcing performance metrics, including funnel conversion rates, response rates, and sourcing efficiency indicators.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor pipeline health, diversity representation, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
- Optimize sourcing tools, outreach strategies, and automation processes to improve efficiency and candidate engagement.
- 5+ years of strategic sourcing or recruiting experience with demonstrated impact on hiring outcomes in competitive talent markets.
- Strong preference for experience in clinical research, life sciences, healthcare, or regulated environments.
- Proven ability to build and scale proactive talent pipelines for specialized or high-volume roles.
- Strong expertise in talent mapping, passive candidate engagement, and multi-channel sourcing strategies.
- Experience using ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and CRM tools to drive sourcing effectiveness and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate sourcing data into actionable insights for hiring stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, consultative approach.
- Salary range of $80,000–$100,000 USD annually
