Accountabilities:

  • Partner with recruiters and business leaders to forecast hiring demand and provide insights on market conditions, talent availability, and time-to-fill expectations.
  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-priority roles across multiple functions.
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with universities, professional associations, and external talent networks to strengthen long-term sourcing channels.
  • Lead talent mapping initiatives aligned with future workforce planning and organizational growth priorities.
  • Own sourcing performance metrics, including funnel conversion rates, response rates, and sourcing efficiency indicators.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor pipeline health, diversity representation, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
  • Optimize sourcing tools, outreach strategies, and automation processes to improve efficiency and candidate engagement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of strategic sourcing or recruiting experience with demonstrated impact on hiring outcomes in competitive talent markets.
  • Strong preference for experience in clinical research, life sciences, healthcare, or regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to build and scale proactive talent pipelines for specialized or high-volume roles.
  • Strong expertise in talent mapping, passive candidate engagement, and multi-channel sourcing strategies.
  • Experience using ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and CRM tools to drive sourcing effectiveness and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate sourcing data into actionable insights for hiring stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, consultative approach.
Benefits:
  • Salary range of $80,000–$100,000 USD annually
  • Fully remote work with limited travel requirements
  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance options
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and company-paid holidays
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
  • Bi-weekly employer HSA contributions
  • Company-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Inclusive and mission-driven work environment focused on global health impact
  • Equal opportunity workplace committed to diversity and belonging
