In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing the organization’s day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and campaign delivery. You will oversee content production, digital campaigns, and performance tracking while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support growth objectives.
- Own the execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable campaigns, content plans, and marketing deliverables
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop campaigns, enablement materials, and lead generation programs
- Manage marketing automation and CRM activities using HubSpot or similar tools
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to drive continuous improvement
- Create, edit, and oversee marketing content including blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and thought leadership materials
- Maintain editorial calendars and ensure consistent publishing across web, email, and social channels
- Identify and coordinate speaking opportunities, PR initiatives, and industry engagement activities
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all marketing outputs
- Manage conference-related planning, logistics, and execution, including materials and coordination
This role requires strong marketing experience in a B2B or agency environment, with a focus on execution, content development, and campaign management. You should be highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, ideally in B2B or agency environments
- Strong writing and editing skills (writing sample required)
- Experience using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing performance reporting tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple concurrent projects
- Experience collaborating effectively with sales and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Drupal CMS or similar website management tools
- Experience marketing to or within higher education environments is a plus
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and marketing execution
