This role is centered on leading complex, client-facing projects within advanced data center solutions, ensuring the successful manufacturing, delivery, and commissioning of highly customized infrastructure systems. You will act as a key coordinator between internal engineering, project, and field service teams, as well as external clients, ensuring seamless execution across multiple project phases. Operating in a fast-paced and technically demanding environment, you will manage schedules, stakeholder communication, and delivery milestones while maintaining strong quality standards. The position requires a mix of technical understanding, operational discipline, and strong client engagement skills. You will also play a critical role in ensuring cross-functional alignment and resolving execution challenges in real time. This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences project success, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Lead the full lifecycle of field and manufacturing-related projects, from initiation through commissioning and closeout, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned project regions, coordinating internal teams and external clients to meet project objectives
- Plan and facilitate project meetings, maintain agendas, and ensure consistent stakeholder alignment on deliverables and milestones
- Monitor project progress, budgets, forecasts, and reporting, ensuring transparency and accuracy in status updates for leadership teams
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, finance, operations, and field services to resolve issues and optimize execution
- Track risks, delays, change orders, and RFIs while maintaining structured documentation and escalation processes
- Analyze field performance and quality issues, supporting continuous improvement through lessons learned and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and internal governance systems
- 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within technical, industrial, or infrastructure environments
- Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging both technical teams and executive leadership
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet, along with strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Solid understanding of scheduling, forecasting, risk management, and project execution methodologies
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage shifting priorities under tight deadlines
- Proven ability to build relationships and coordinate effectively across internal departments and external clients
- Preferred: PMP certification, QA/QC or commissioning experience, bilingual Spanish/English capability
- Willingness to travel 10–25%, including occasional international travel and site visits requiring PPE
- Competitive salary ranging from $81,000 to $134,000, based on experience and qualifications
