  • 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within technical, industrial, or infrastructure environments
  • Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging both technical teams and executive leadership
  • Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet, along with strong Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Solid understanding of scheduling, forecasting, risk management, and project execution methodologies
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage shifting priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to build relationships and coordinate effectively across internal departments and external clients
  • Preferred: PMP certification, QA/QC or commissioning experience, bilingual Spanish/English capability
  • Willingness to travel 10–25%, including occasional international travel and site visits requiring PPE
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary ranging from $81,000 to $134,000, based on experience and qualifications
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plan
  • Paid holidays, vacation time, and sick leave
  • Remote-friendly work environment with field travel opportunities
  • Strong focus on safety culture and structured operational excellence practices
