Working closely with project managers, account leads, and finance partners, you will contribute to keeping complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives on track. Accountabilities
  • Support day-to-day project execution activities across assigned accounts, including timelines, status reporting, project routing, and operational updates while ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
  • Assist in project setup, tracking, and reporting within workflow systems (such as Workfront), gaining familiarity with scheduling, planned hours, and structured project governance.
  • Contribute to budget monitoring and financial tracking by partnering with project managers, account teams, and finance stakeholders to ensure accuracy and profitability alignment.
  • Help coordinate meetings, kickoff sessions, and internal status updates while maintaining clear communication and organized documentation.
  • Identify workflow challenges and support issue resolution by escalating risks appropriately and contributing to proactive solutions under senior guidance.
  • Participate in process improvement efforts and maintain adherence to organizational values and operational standards across all project activities.
Requirements

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn within a structured project environment. The ideal candidate has some early professional experience and is comfortable supporting multiple priorities in a team-based setting. Familiarity with healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environments is a plus, along with a proactive mindset and strong communication abilities. Technical comfort with Microsoft Office tools and standard operating systems is expected, along with an eagerness to learn project management systems and workflows. Strong collaboration, adaptability, and accountability are essential traits for success in this role, as you will be working closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business, or related field preferred
  • 1+ year of professional experience preferred (internships included)
  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences exposure is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general business tools
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
