Key Responsibilities:
Pick and package fence parts according to the bill of materials
Assist in the fabrication of gates, panels, and related components
Unload and inspect incoming materials and deliveries
Operate forklifts, skid steers, trucks, and other equipment
Safely and efficiently load trucks and trailers, ensuring proper load size and weight distribution
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, yard, and delivery vehicles
Drive and Deliver materials using a trailer
Perform other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements & Equipment Use:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Ability to safely use various shop equipment and tools, including but not limited to ladders, carts, pallet jacks, and related equipment
Shop teammates trained in forklift operation who drive as a primary/essential duty — or serve as backup forklift operators — must maintain current training and operate equipment safely at all times
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a valid CDL Class A license
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Equipment operation experience preferred
Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Prior welding experience a plus.
