Customer Service Representative

On-site \u007C Cali, Colombia \u007C Full-time Monday to Friday \u007C Availability between 6:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. (fixed shifts assigned within this range; not all hours are worked)
About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and serviceoriented Customer Service Associate to join our team in Cali. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to clients, ensuring inquiries are resolved with professionalism and empathy. This role requires bilingual communication skills (English C1) and prior experience in customer service within BPO environments.
Key Responsibilities -Communication Management: Handle highvolume inbound/outbound call queues and manage customer service emails/tickets. -Issue Resolution: Respond to and resolve access or submission issues. -Outreach: Conduct provider and member outreach calls as assigned. -Inquiry Research: Research and follow up on bills, balance billing issues, and claimrelated inquiries. -Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation in all applicable systems.
** Must-Have Requirements** Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service within BPO environments.
Languages: English proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken).
Availability Monday to Friday, with shifts assigned between 6:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.
