We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Practice Management to drive strategic initiatives and scalable programs for financial advisory firms. In this role, you will partner with home office leadership at large independent broker-dealers and RIAs to design and implement enterprise-level programs that enhance advisor engagement, workflow efficiency, and firm-wide adoption of best practices. You will work closely with leadership and product teams to align on strategic priorities, provide actionable insights, and build scalable content and curriculum for diverse user personas. This position offers the opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives, influence organizational strategy, and help shape the future of financial advisory practices across complex enterprise environments. Ideal candidates bring a consultative mindset, a data-driven approach, and the ability to translate complex operational challenges into practical, executable solutions.
Accountabilities:
  • Partner with home office leadership to align practice management initiatives with enterprise goals such as growth, retention, and operational efficiency
  • Design multi-phase success roadmaps for large advisory firms, targeting specific advisor segments and defining organizational-level success metrics
  • Serve as the voice of the enterprise to product teams, providing feedback on critical features and process enhancements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable programs, best practice content, and webinars for broad advisor audiences
  • Develop high-level thought leadership assets, playbooks, and curriculum to guide learning paths and maturity models for various user personas
  • Lead discovery workshops, diagnose operational inefficiencies, and recommend actionable, scalable solutions across workflows, technology, and staffing
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience within RIA or Broker-Dealer environments, with proven expertise managing complex advisory workflows and end-to-end client lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to launch adoption programs and iterate on engagement strategies impacting high-volume audiences
  • Strong consultative skills, comfortable leading workshops and collaborating with enterprise stakeholders
  • Excellent strategic storytelling skills to translate complex data and operational challenges into actionable insights for leadership and operational teams
  • Familiarity with compliance, security, and integration requirements of large financial institutions
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $130,000 $170,000 per year
