About NCCO Brand Fulfillment
Dot It was founded in 1984 by Kathy and Kevin Henderson in Mt. Juliet, TN. They started out in their garage with the idea of selling food rotation labels to the foodservice industry. Mr. Henderson was working in the industry at the time and heard the idea in a meeting. Knowing that his wife worked in the label industry, he shared the idea and Dot It was created.
Going on at the same time in 1984, a competitor named Daydots was created in Texas from the same meeting and idea. A small label company named Craftmark Label Graphics was asked to print the first dots (labels) for Daydots. After several years, Daydots decided to print their own labels and no longer needed the services of Craftmark. In 1992, Craftmark decided to start a division called "Mark the Day Labels". Our former President, Gary Cooper was hired by Craftmark to run this division.
In May of 1992, at Mr. Cooper's first National Restaurant Association Show, he met Mrs. Henderson of Dot It and was asked if Craftmark would be interested in acquiring her company. A few short months later, a deal was struck, Mark the Day Labels merged, and the company permanently became Dot It.
Dot It remained a division of Craftmark Label Graphics until 1999 when Craftmark was acquired then changed names to Inovar Packaging Group.
In 2002, Dot It flourished and reinvented itself into Dot It Restaurant Fulfillment, with the idea of offering much more than just food rotation labels to the industry. With this idea, came the basis of what you know Dot It to be today, with over 4,000 sku's in stock and Brand Fulfillment driving growth for the future.
In 2013, Dot It was acquired by National Checking Company (NCCO) of St. Paul, MN. NCCO at the time and remains today to be Dot It's largest customer. Under this new ownership group, with a complete focus on the Foodservice Industry, Dot It has been able to exponentially grow by investing back in the company and continually expanding its offerings with the slogan, 'Restaurant Life Made Easy' as the driving force.
In 2018, Dot It acquired Dynamic Color Graphics in North Richland Hills, TX. Dynamic Color Graphics was one of Dot It’s largest suppliers. This acquisition added additional print capabilities for Large and Small Format printing, a key offering for our Brand Fulfillment customers.
In 2025, Dot It Restaurant Fulfillment was renamed NCCO Brand Fulfillment.
