The Windshield Technician’s primary responsibility is to perform high-level windshield installs, repairs, and replacements with precision and pride in workmanship. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated to learn, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Previous windshield or automotive glass experience is welcome but not required — we provide comprehensive in‑house training for the right individual. A strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and willingness to follow safety and installation procedures are essential.

• Perform windshield repairs, replacements, and related automotive glass services.
• Use appropriate tools, equipment, and adhesives safely and correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate clearly with advisors and teammates.

Pay Range: $44,460-$59,280 annual
