Automotive Internet Sales Coordinator (Call-Center) at The Faricy Boys – Colorado Springs, Colorado

The Faricy Boys is seeking a high-energy Internet Sales Coordinator to generate appointments from internet leads for our successful dealership. As the first point of contact for our customers, this role sets the tone for the entire customer experience and plays a key role in driving auto sales.

• Respond promptly to internet-generated sales leads via phone and email

• Make outbound calls and follow up with existing prospects

• Set and confirm customer appointments to visit the dealership

• Provide excellent customer service while handling a high volume of inquiries

• Accurately input and update customer information daily

• Track calls, emails, and appointments to ensure consistent follow-up

• Automotive sales and/or BDC experience (preferred, not required)

• Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude

• Call center experience a plus

• Excellent computer and communication skills (written and verbal)

• Bilingual skills are a plus

• Ability to work a 40-hour week, including evenings and Saturdays

• Comfortable managing a high volume of calls while maintaining quality service
