Success in this role combines strategic vision with meticulous execution and strong stakeholder engagement.Accountabilities:
- Provide guidance and support to leadership in business development, marketing, proposal, and strategic planning efforts
- Lead or contribute to complex proposal responses, including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and EOIs
- Identify high-quality client opportunities and track leads to support pursuit strategies
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, service briefs, project profiles, and content for website and social media
- Support go/no-go decisions on pursuits and client engagements
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships, including subconsultants, contractors, and local officials, to align with business objectives
- Lead or support special projects, strategic planning, and operational initiatives within the P&E Marketing Team
- Mentor and coach colleagues to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities
- Maintain accurate data and documentation for marketing and proposal activities
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Writing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 710+ years of experience in AEC proposal development, marketing, or business development
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and ability to design new content/graphics
- Experience with database programs such as Deltek VantagePoint or similar is a plus
- Strong proofreading, editing, and content creation skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to balance priorities, manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and work flexible hours as needed
- Strong research, documentation, and process improvement skills
- Valid drivers license
