Responsibilities:

• Lead by example by upholding our Core Values, prioritizing health, safety, quality, and accountability while driving world-class performance aligned with LMA leadership principles.
• Act as a key member of the Operations Team, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver operational excellence.
• Lead and develop the Engineering team to embed quality into all processes and provide strong technical and application support to customers, including on-site visits as needed.
• Manage customer quality and performance issues through the CAR system, using data-driven insights to implement effective and sustainable corrective actions.
• Direct Health & Safety and Quality functions to maintain robust, ISO-compliant systems that support a safe and high-performing workplace.
• Partner with Sales and customers to align engineering, product design, quality, and performance with market and customer needs.
• Support manufacturing by ensuring accurate, complete production prints and routers, enabling confident execution on the shop floor.
• Facilitate bi-weekly Level 10 (L10) meetings with Engineering, Safety, and Quality teams to drive alignment, accountability, and progress on key priorities.
• Champion continuous improvement through scorecards, measurable goals, and documented professional development.
• Promote continuous learning through Fast Academy, PIT Crews, and R&D initiatives, encouraging ongoing development of Product Engineers.
• Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized work environment.
• Reinforce a strong culture by consistently demonstrating our companys values in leadership and teamwork.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering.
• 5-10 years experience in Engineering and Quality Systems.
• 5-10 years experience in a manufacturing environment
• At least 5 years experience in a leadership role
• Experience in gaging and metrology
• Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain great attendance.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
