About This Position
Position Title: Senior Inventory Specialist

They are responsible for working cross-functionally to help ensure proper inventory management procedures are being maintained and that inventory is available at the right time and place to meet customer demand.
THE TEAM:Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, Jushi is a vertically integrated, multi-state cannabis company that develops and operates high-end retail locations, premium brands, state-of-the-art cultivation, processing, manufacturing facilities, along with a cutting-edge online platform that is setting a new standard for a sophisticated, data-driven, modern cannabis experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build purchase orders with extreme attention to detail. Collaborate with retail during physical and virtual inventory intake.
- Process sales orders for physical and virtual returns.
- Build product masters for net new products following standardized naming conventions.
- Monitor inventory pricing, stock levels, and product content on the online menu and in Dutchie and Jane.
- Responsible for protecting inventory levels to ensure business needs & KPIs are met by ensuring a proper assortment of products, and communicating inventory action items with the Inventory Manager.
- Responsible for creating and communicating weekly inventory reports to both the Inventory Manager and other members of Jushi leadership.
- Responsible for ensuring all product specific paperwork required by the state is received from all vendors and made available to stores with corresponding inventory.
- Support as needed in performing daily and weekly inventory counts by category. Ensure each location is maintaining the weekly inventory review counts spreadsheet by reporting the weekly counts by category.
- Maintain and monitor state pricing procedures and ensure all corresponding systems reflect approved pricing with bi-weekly pricing audits.
- Conduct, track and report weekly pricing audits of competitive retail locations in assigned and surrounding markets.
- Support the Inventory Manager in the development of the monthly promotional calendar proposals.
- Build, test, and maintain all promotions in required systems in adherence with the monthly approved promotional calendar with an extreme attention to detail.
- Maintain and monitor all inventory controls to conduct weekly loss prevention audits.
- Responsible for providing daily technical and inventory support for retail stores in relation to inventory and pricing discrepancies, delivery issues, product requests, ancillary deliveries, product packaging issues, coupon/promo issues, etc.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Retail, Marketing, Accounting, and other Jushi stakeholders
- Observation and timely responses to individual store communication channels such as chat and email
- Inventory document management and organization within its proper directory
- Third-party vendor invoice discrepancy collaboration
- Flexible work schedule to support retail needs
- Other duties as assigned
- College degree preferred
- Strong data and inventory acumen
- Cannabis industry experience a plus
- Working knowledge of excel
- Strong attention to detail
