- Act as the primary contact for data management discussions and timelines.
- Perform hands-on data management tasks such as writing specifications and test plans.
- Review data and resolve queries from various data sources.
- Plan and execute data processing for assigned projects.
- Validate electronically captured data and lead quality control efforts.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and train trial personnel.
- Manage database modifications and develop data management plans.
- Ensure compliance with trial sponsors' requirements and industry standards.
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in a related field.
- Ten years of related experience in clinical data management.
- In-depth understanding of clinical trial data management processes.
- Proven leadership skills in managing data management activities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects independently.
- Knowledge of data management processes ensuring quality delivery.
- Flexible remote work arrangement.
- Competitive salary range of $130,000 - $155,000.
